Congratulations on your both process quality and green products control,
your facilities are marginally passed our standards and approved in CA
status to provide cable assembly and wire to us, even some findings,  like
engineering changes without support data, process FA record without support
data, only business information are checked for your suppliers, etc, were
found during our on-site assessment, pls refer to attached files for more
details.

You are requested to provide corrective actions for those
findings/recommendations within 4 working days with support evidences if
they are effective by next Tue.(April 9, 09), pls fill the decription in
attached MS Excel files and with addition file for those support evidences.
